Alex Fain nasce nel 1973 a Belluno dove attualmente vive.
Fin da piccolo mostra una passione verso la musica elettronica ascoltando gia' nei primi anni ottanta la musica di Moroder, Vangelis , Kraftwerk, J.M. Jarre, Rockets.
Il suo sogno era quello di poter seguire un giorno le loro orme.
Nel 1988 inizia la sua carriera come dj in varie discoteche venete, nel 1991 scopre di avere talento nella tecnica del mixaggio e scratching e decide, spinto da amici, a partecipare ai campionati italiani dj organizzati dalla DMC ITALIA.
Conquista il terzo posto per il nord italia nel 91 e nel 92 nella finale italiana del Aquafun si piazza al terzo posto.
Lo stesso anno conosce il produttore Cristian Hornbostel che gli svela i segreti delle produzioni musicali.
Negli anni approda in varie discoteche trivenete e continua a perfezionare la sua conoscenza a riguardo dei sintetizzatori analogici (sua grande passione).
Verso la meta' degli anni novanta comicia a fare le prime produzioni con varie etichette milanesi e napoletane.
Nel 97 produce un pezzo hard tekno per la Spagna raggiungendo la vetta delle charts spagnole.
Negli anni che seguono si interessa del genere jungle producendo alcune traccie.
Nel 2000 decide di avvalersi della collaborazione della Rise Records .
nasce cosi il proggetto Naif Theme.
Nel 2001 nasce anche la collaborazione con l'etichetta Street.lab del gruppo Jaywork , dove attualmente ha in atto il progetto GREAT EXUMA .
Nel 2002 Alex remixa vari importanti progetti come Sugar Freak feat.Diva, Kid Creme, Corinna Joseph e Psycho Radio .
Attualmente Alex e' impegnato nei progetti Great Exuma ,Naif Theme e Alex Fain .

Alex Fain born in the 1973 in Belluno where he is currently living.
Since his early years he has shown a passion for electronic music listening already from the early 80's to the Moroder, Vangelis, Kraftwerk, J.M. Jarre and Rockets music.
His dream since than has been to follow their steps.
In 1988 he has began his carreer as a dj in few discos in Veneto, in 1991 he discovered his talent in mixing a scratching tecnique and decided , pushed by friends, to partecipate to the Italian dj championships organized from D.M.C. ITALY.
He has riched the third place in the north Italy competition in 1991 end in the 1992 in the Aquafan in Riccione he has riched the third place in the national competition.
In the same year he got known the discographic producer Christian Hornbostel which revealed him the secrets of songs making.
During this years he worked for many discos in Veneto ,Friuli Venezia Giulia and other reagions in Italy , also improving his knowledge of analogic synthesizers ( his big passion).
In the middle 90's he began the first production with different record companies in Naples and Milan.
In 1997 he produced a song for the Spanish records market wich riched the top 10.
In the following years he got interested in jungle music producing few tracks.
In the 2000 he decided to use the collaboration of the Records company Rise Records, from which borned the project Naif Theme.
In 2001 has began the collaboration with the label Street.lab from Jaywork, where the project GREAT EXUMA is currently in progress.
In 2002 Alex remixed various artists like Sugar Feak feat.Diva, Kid Creme, Corinna Joseph and Psycho Radio.
At present Alex is working on the projects Great Exuma, Naif Theme and Alex Fain.
